  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and fulfilled within 2-7 business days before shipping. (Since all items are custom-made, production times may vary.)
  • Estimated Delivery (After Fulfillment):
    U.S. Orders: 3-7 business days
    International Orders: 7-21 business days (varies by destination and customs processing)

🚨 Note: Orders cannot be canceled or modified once production begins.

💰 Shipping Costs

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on location and order weight.
  • Exact shipping costs will be displayed before completing your purchase.

🌎 International Shipping & Customs Fees

We ship to select international destinations. However, please be aware:

  • International shipping rates are based on location and package weight.
  • Customs duties, import taxes, and fees are determined by your country and are the buyer’s responsibility.
  • We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering to estimate potential charges.
  • Delays due to customs clearance are beyond our control.

📍 Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package. (Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates after shipment confirmation.)

🚨 Address Changes & Undeliverable Packages

✅ Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order.
✅ If an address change is needed, contact us immediately—changes can only be made before the order ships.
🚨 If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, it may be returned to the sender. If this happens, reshipping fees will apply.

🔄 Returns & Refunds

Since all items are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, buyer’s remorse, or preference changes.

Exceptions: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days with your order details and a clear photo of the issue for a replacement or refund.
