Eligibility for Refunds & Returns

To request a refund or return, the following conditions must be met:

✅ The item must have been purchased directly from our store.
✅ The request must be made within 30 days of receiving the item.
✅ The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
✅ Refunds/returns are not available for orders due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or change of mind. (Please refer to the size guide before purchasing.)
✅ Orders that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect due to fulfillment issues may be eligible for a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

⛔ All sales are final on personalized/custom-made items unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
⛔ We do not offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect sizing, so please check our size chart before purchasing.
⛔ Minor variations in color and placement due to the production process do not qualify for refunds.

How to Request a Refund or Return

If your item meets the eligibility criteria:

1️⃣ Contact our support team within 30 days of receiving your item. Provide your order number and a clear photo of the issue (if applicable).
2️⃣ Our team will review your request and provide instructions on the next steps.
3️⃣ If approved, you may receive a replacement, store credit, or refund (depending on the situation).

Refund Process

  • If approved, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days and returned to the original payment method.
  • If your order qualifies for a return, you may be responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Order Cancellations & Modifications

🚨 Orders cannot be changed or canceled once they are in production. Because items are made-to-order, we begin processing immediately after an order is placed. Please double-check your order before submitting it.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and delivered within 5-7 business days (U.S. orders).
  • International orders may take longer due to customs processing and local shipping speeds.
