After fulfillment, estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 3–7 business days after fulfillment
- International orders: 7–21 business days after fulfillment, depending on destination, customs, and local carrier speeds

Do you ship internationally?

Because most items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, incorrect color selection, or preference changes.

If your request is approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds may be issued for approved damaged, defective, or incorrect orders. Refunds are not available for buyer’s remorse, wrong size selection, wrong color selection, or change of mind.
If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically process within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Why does my product look slightly different from the mockup?
Product photos and mockups are meant to represent the final item as accurately as possible. Minor differences in color, placement, sizing, or production may occur due to screen settings, product materials, embroidery, printing, and the made-to-order production process.
Minor production variations do not qualify for returns or refunds unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.
What happens if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an address mistake. Address changes can only be made before an order enters production or ships.
If a package is delayed, returned, lost, or undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply.
